What's Left Of My Elantra
6 years old and it's time for scrap car heaven. Sad isn't it? But before I gave it up, I decided to save the rims and make it part of my Sunny. This way, I at least have a little memory of my Elantra. Here's what the Elantra looked like when the rims were removed. This pics was taken on the day I was to go exchange cars... the 9th of March, 2004 (Tuesday).

Dashboard - In Original State
Very stock type so I had it change to an illuminated one. I so wanted a sports type with the white racing background but they didn't have one for the Sunny (apparently it's difficult to find) so I have to settle for this one for now. Also added the gauges at the side panel. These ones I like... it's also got 7 background colored lights to choose from. Fascinating! |
New Illuminated Dials
Looks alright like that without the back illumination but looks kinda bad with the lighting on. Will live with it for a while until I find something better.

Original Grill
Here's what the car looks like before I had the front grill changed, the window guards added, the dummy bonnet and side air vents added and the front shade stuck on. Also had the foot pedals changed to the Type R chrome ones. |
Wire Mesh Grills
Changes the whole look of the car - thank goodness for that! |
