Very Rare Pokemon TCG Dark Arbok Gold Foil "W" Stamp Promo Card In Chinese New Year Red Packet.
Released only in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Hong Kong, this card commemorates Chinese New Year 2001 - The Year of The Metal Snake, the 6th zodiac sign in the Chinese Calendar. The card is free and is given out from January 20th till February 3th, 2001 when you sign up for league membership or are already a member. But each league location has only very very few!

  Managed To Get A Few... Some I Bought From Kids At The League. Some From Shops Who Wanted To Make A Quick Buck. And Some From When I Bought 2 Booster Packs.
